Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechtronics /Electrical/Electronic or equivalent

Experience

6+ years

Job Responsibilities

· Providing precise technical solution for complex vehicle issues from headquarters to global field technical support managers

· Based on vehicle data & field data (W&G), identify potential issues from product for improving the reliability of the products

· Discuss with the stakeholders (Quality/Development/Purchase) to find a solution for the potential issues from the product

· Documenting vehicle issues & it’s potential impact for participating in technical meeting(s) from different departments (Legal/Certification/Quality/Development)

· Technically responsible in the after-sales for global field service measure preparation

· Creating & releasing the global information for workshops for known issues & remedy

Skills Required

· Strong technical know-how of the modern vehicle systems & it’s complex vehicle diagnosis

· Understanding radar, camera, ultrasonic sensors, and LiDAR fundamental etc. Familiarity with ADAS features: ACC, AEB, LDW, LKA, BSD, Traffic Sign Recognition, Parking Assist, etc

· Awareness of ECU vehicle architecture and vehicle networks. Knowledge of power supply systems, gateway modules, signal flow

· Understanding of ADAS calibration, tolerances and workshop prerequisites

· Must have vehicle data analysis skill

· Must be a good team player & good in stakeholder management

· Basic awareness of After-sales business operations

· Written and communication skills in English

· German language proficiency is an added advantage
