The Opportunity

As a Product Support Specialist, you’ll diagnose complex issues, support product performance and help shape improvements that influence future machine design.

You will:

  • Lead the development and execution of the Product Support Plan for your product lines (Application equipment & Planters)
  • Travel to dealer and customer sites to investigate complex product issues beyond DTAC capability
  • Analyse data (DTAC, warranty, parts sales, telematics, field reports) to identify emerging issues and support problem resolution
  • Contribute to corrective action programs (NCCA) and Product Improvement Programs (PIPs)
  • Support DTAC during busy seasons by taking cases and providing advanced technical support
  • Deliver technical training to internal teams, dealers and customers
  • Provide expert in-field product optimisation and feedback to factories, engineering and product teams
