Job Title: Specialist - Product Support


About Department:

Helpdesk Global, mainly helps the clients from SEA region in resolving the queries they have. Queries will be resolved through

ticketing system.


Position Purpose :

Handle the number of queries that are coming in the form of tickets give the right solution to it after discussing it with the internal team.


Preferred Functional Knowledge:

  • Indian Payroll Knowledge
  • Excellent Written & Verbal Communication
  • Experience into Customer Support


Key Responsibility:

  • Support clients on phone, email or remote support tools in using and deriving maximum value from the application
  • Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of greytHR - in terms of usage, configuration, implementation and value
  • Proactively build strong customer relationships
  • Understand client requirements, configure the greytHR application to address these requirement, port client data, provide user training and support the client in implementing the application in their organization in a time bound and professional manner
  • Solutionize either through configurations or workarounds to address client specific requirements
  • Develop competence in the use of all the information systems used in implementation of the application
  • Ensure all project related activities are completed so as to enable the organization to continuously track and improve the support process


Tools experience if any:

Experience in GreytHR & Freshdesk
