About Department:
Helpdesk Global, mainly helps the clients from SEA region in resolving the queries they have. Queries will be resolved through
ticketing system.
Position Purpose :
Handle the number of queries that are coming in the form of tickets give the right solution to it after discussing it with the internal team.
Preferred Functional Knowledge:
Indian Payroll Knowledge
Excellent Written & Verbal Communication
Experience into Customer Support
Key Responsibility:
Support clients on phone, email or remote support tools in using and deriving maximum value from the application
Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of greytHR - in terms of usage, configuration, implementation and value
Proactively build strong customer relationships
Understand client requirements, configure the greytHR application to address these requirement, port client data, provide user training and support the client...
