Product Support Specialist

Product Support Specialist for a Global Manufacturing Leader based in Selangor.

Your new role You will be responsible as a Regional point of contact to support the expansion of the decentralised product support teams. Other key responsibilities also include:
  • Ensure holistic and timely support in coordination with the regional management
  • Project management for troubleshooting issues and customer claims
  • Collaborate with business units and quality assurance to develop solutions

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • 3–4 years of proven experience in automation and robotics
  • In-depth knowledge of software programming skills
  • Proficiency in C++ preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
