Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of People Security Management, and Threatcop's products (TSAT, TLMS, DMARC, and TPIR).
  • Provide live product demonstrations to clients, showcasing key features, usage benefits, and security functionalities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering quick and effective solutions to product usage questions and technical issues.
  • Guide clients through product setup, usage, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth and effective adoption.
  • Conduct client onboarding sessions, educating users on leveraging Threatcop's AI-driven platform for real-world threat simulation, reporting, and incident response.
  • Collect customer feedback on product performance and suggest improvements to the team to enhance usability and functionality.
