Role
Undertake daily duties to include Query Management, IBT's, Requisitions, Orders, Works Orders, Outstanding Orders, Quotes, Unresolved supplier invoice queries, Monitor Shared Outlook Inbox, Monitor Personal Outlook Inbox, help educate the Network on Flow Products. Assist with order book to ensure accuracy of monthly targets, OTIF Monitoring of workloads - plan workload with Team. Supplier interaction/relationship building with core suppliers Branch Network. Voice ideas and work together with the Branch Support Manager to ensure we are working to best in class. Help change and implement any changes or develop new processes where needed.
