About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Product Support Supervisor to support the growth and performance of SM Gift Cards and Gift Passes. This role partners closely with the Business Unit Head and collaborates across multiple teams to drive product initiatives, optimize performance, and ensure seamless execution across the SM network.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a key execution partner to the Business Unit Head

  • Drive coordination across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, Customer Service, and external platform providers

  • Lead product enhancements, integrations, and selling activations

  • Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery

  • Monitor sales, redemption, and usage trends and provide actionable insights
