Product Systems Designer

At Benjamin, we give users real cash rewards—what we call Money Moments—for things they’re already doing. From playing games and watching ads to everyday card purchases with cash back, we’re all about putting money back in people’s pockets.

What you’ll do:

• Design and own core product systems such as progression mechanics, passes, events, tiers, and time-based constraints
• Adapt proven free-to-play game mechanics into a consumer rewards app context
• Translate high-level product ideas into concrete systems with clear rules, states, edge cases, and success metrics
• Write detailed design specs and collaborate closely with Product, UI/UX, and Engineering
