Product Technical Manager (m/w/d)

• Drive/lead engineering discussions with deep technical understanding/knowledge (subject matter level/principal engineer level expertise) on one or more areas related to BSP, drivers, OS, RTOS, AUTOSAR, ADAS/AD middleware, ADAS/AD application stack, Camera subsystems, AI/ML/Neural network processing, Ethernet, Communication protocols, Functional Safety (ISO), Automotive SW development process, OpenCL, CUDA and V&V process.

• Define use cases, help with Software architecture, SDKs, BSP, ADAS/AD software/middleware and the total solution value proposition.

• Manages SW product management team based on organizational needs/goals.

• Work with customers and internal engineering teams on RFIs, RFQs, and Technical presentations

• Steer the development of customer projects to SOP and beyond. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, innovative environment, including experience in discussing complex ideas with partners, customers, and executives.

• Experience working with multiple operating systems and/or software platforms with deep full stack understanding.

• Ability to have technical depth and to approach deep/complex technology challenges with the appropriate structural approach.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills and is articulate with both technical and business partners.  Ability to create effective frameworks to aid discussion of complicated topics. 

• 5+ years experience with leading SW/Systems architecture for L2/L3+ ADAS systems.
