About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Adoption Trainer who will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of Extramarks’ products across schools. The role involves training educators, students, and parents, driving product engagement, and ensuring long-term customer success through effective onboarding and continuous support.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Extramarks products in schools within the assigned region, ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption.
• Conduct engaging and impactful training sessions for teachers, students, and parents to maximize product utilization and learning outcomes.
• Drive customer retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities through a consultative and relationship-driven approach.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support to schools, ensuring optimal platform usage and sustained engagement.
• Track adoption metrics, collect feedback, and implement improvement strategies to enhance user experience and product effectiveness.
• Conduct workshops and develop training resources to promote best practices in using EdTech tools effectively.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree (Education & Training industry experience preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in product training, user adoption, customer success, or implementation roles.
• Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, or education-focused organizations will be an added advantage.
