Training and Content Development

  • Develop a training framework of commissioned systems to guide the training development.
  • Develop training contents (such as manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and/or videos) for a learner to acquire knowledge and skills confidently.
  • Develop and optimise a training programme based on the learners’ requirements.
  • Maintain current and forecast training calendars, especially for customers requiring regular training tasks.
  • Conduct periodic updates to ensure effective, efficient, and safe training activities.
  • Provide learner feedback to improve a learner’s performance.
  • Track learner attendance records during the course.

Training Delivery
