Job Title: Product Validation Engineer II (GUI)
Location: Noida - India
Job Overview:
Join the Test & Validation team to design and scale automated validation for GUI features across our product portfolio. You’ll work within Agile SDLC, test new functionality as it lands, and partner with developers to ensure intuitive, reliable interfaces and smooth release roll-outs. Expand regression coverage sprint by sprint, with a focus on building automation for deployment and release. Collaborate closely with cross-functional QA and engineering teams to strengthen our end-to-end quality process.
Job Responsibilities:
Work with our Front End and Back End development teams to identify test areas and scenarios.
+ Help Create and maintain a growing suite of automation tests.
+ Identify and raise bugs into our tracking system (JIRA) and follow them until their release.
+ Creation of internal test documentation with clear written repeatable steps
+ To be involved in Sprint planning, estimation and feature design meetings
+ Manage and maintain test environments, including configuration of servers, databases, and test data.
+ Work with Front-End and Back-End developers to identify test areas, define scenarios, and ensure full coverage for new and existing features.
+ Validate functionality across multiple operating systems for consistent user experience.
+ Conduct basic performance and load tests to ensure application stability under expected usage.
Job Qualifications:
+ Engineering degree (Mechanical/Aerospace/Electrical or similar).
+ 2+ years in an automation testing role with experience building or extending test automation frameworks (Python or equivalent).
+ Understand Agile testing methodologies including JIRA
+ Clear understanding of the SDLC
+ Experience with both Windows and Linux platform testing
+ Enthusiastic self-starter with a good team collaboration attitude
Nice to have but not essential
+ Experience of running performance benchmarking tests on known versions.
+ Visual studio experience
+ Data centre IT experience
+ ISTQB (Foundation)
+ Knowledge in CFD, analyzing or models
