The Production Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the operations team, ensuring smooth and efficient documentation and record management. This role involves maintaining operational standards, facilitating communication between departments, and assisting in various administrative tasks to support production activities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative assistance to the operations department to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain and control standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, forms, training records, and cGMP quality documents. Collaborate with relevant personnel to facilitate document approval.
  • Organize, maintain, and file daily production documents and records in an efficient and systematic manner.
  • Process and manage staff requisitions (e.g., stationery requests) as per operational needs.
