**Job Summary**
The Production Administrator supports daily production, office, and customer operations to ensure smooth workflow across manufacturing, engineering, and administrative functions. This role is responsible for communication, documentation control, scheduling assistance, and coordination between departments.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Support production, engineering, and management teams with day?to?day administrative tasks.
+ Manage incoming calls, emails, and internal communication to ensure timely response and follow?up.
+ Maintain organized filing systems, production documents, confidentiality agreements, and customer/vendor records.
+ Assist with purchase order entry, basic purchasing follow?ups, and supplier communication.
+ Provide support for production scheduling and document updates related to parts lists and spare parts with engineering and sales.
