Production Analyst (Data)

**Job overview**:
Under close guidance or supervision, responsible for processing, preparing and validating processes and deliveries to clients in the area.
**Essential Functions**:
- Processing, validations and deliveries to IQVIA customers.
- Keep area controls always up to date to facilitate quick response to internal and external customers.
- Quality checks on the data produced on a regular basis, in order to meet the area's quality and productivity goals.
- Analyze and respond to requests that are sent through Sales Force, within the established deadline;
- Actively communicate with other departments to update status and resolve issues.
- Write, revise, and update area standard operating procedures as needed.
- Act as an expert in the area's tools and procedures and provide training to new employees in these tools and procedures.
