Job Title: Production / Application Support Engineer – Fresher Location:  Bangalore / Pune / GurgaonExperience:  0-1 YearsCTC:  3.5 LPA (includes 5% variable) + Night shift allowance of 1.8 L:PA as per policy

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers  to join our team as Production / Application Support Engineers . The role involves providing technical support for production applications, monitoring systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a 24/7 support environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor production applications and systems to ensure high availability
  • Provide L1/L2 application support  and incident resolution
  • Perform basic Linux / Windows administration  tasks
  • Handle system monitoring, alerts, and troubleshooting
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalation
  • Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
  • Maintain incident and resolution documentation

    • Technical Skills Required:

  • Basic knowledge of Linux Administration & Monitoring  OR Windows Administration
  • Understanding of application support concepts
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools and monitoring tools is a plus
  • Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment

    • Eligibility Criteria:

  • Freshers (0–1 year experience)
  • BE / BTech / BSc / BCA / MCA or equivalent qualification
  • Willingness to work from office and in shifts
