We’re looking for a detail-obsessed Production Architect who lives and breathes Revit, BIM, and construction documents —and who actually understands how buildings behave in cold and mixed-cold climates . This is a hands‑on, production‑focused role supporting high‑quality residential projects, from schematic design through permitting and construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce complete, accurate construction document (CD) sets for residential projects
• Develop and manage Revit‑based BIM models from schematic design through permit and construction
• Apply cold‑climate building science best practices, including:
  • High‑performance building envelopes
  • Insulation and air/vapor control strategies
  • Thermal bridge mitigation
  • Cold‑weather detailing for roofs, walls, and foundations
