Production Assembler

Production Workers (4) needed for a skin care company in Irvine CA Temporary position with possibility of growing to Temporary to Hire. Hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, with one hour lunch, Monday - Friday. Starting Pay $19.50/hr, with an increase to $20/hr once hired onto the client's payroll. Must be available for overtime if needed. Overtime would start as early as 6:00 AM or end at 6:30 PM. Business casual dress - no shorts, tank tops, or sandals. Will wear PPE while working, including a lab coat, hair net, and gloves. We are looking for someone with strong multitasking skills, with the ability to be highly flexible and adapt in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in production at a growing company and a solution-oriented mindset to help us scale. You must be able to communicate well and work with a positive, upbeat attitude. Production Assembler Responsibilities: Assembler's tasks include filling, bottling, labeling, lot coding, and boxing products. Produce products with attention to quality and detail. Perform quality checks on all products. Operate machines by cleaning, programming, calibrating, and using the mechanism. Track and maintain accurate product counts during all production tasks. Appropriately clean and sanitize equipment and production stations. Required Experience, Skills/Abilities : At least 1 year of manufacturing or production line experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills. Dexterous and detail-oriented. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Must be able to keep track of item counts without error. Must be able to meet quota/goals with predicted timelines. Ability to adapt and function well in a high-paced, ever-changing, and at times stressful environment. Must be fluent in English Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing and walking through the factory. Prolonged periods of sitting, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements. Visual acuity to inspect products and machinery. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.50 - $19.50
