We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Production Assembly Technician who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in building high-quality products as part of a growing team. Job Description As a Production Assembly Technician, you will assemble commercial LED light fixtures using tools, fixtures, and written work instructions. This is an active, hands-on manufacturing role suited for someone who prefers building, problem-solving, and working on their feet rather than sitting at a desk. Training is provided. Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Key Responsibilities Assemble commercial LED lighting fixtures using power tools and hand tools Read and follow written and verbal work instructions Work collaboratively with line members and team leads to meet daily production goals Identify, report, and segregate defective materials or assemblies Gather required materials and components for assigned builds Align parts and assemble subcomponents into finished units Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area Requirements and Skills Strong attention to detail and quality Comfortable using hand tools and power tools Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs Ability to stand and move throughout an 8-hour shift Core Values – The P.E.A.K. of LUX Professionalism – In everything we do Extreme Ownership – Own outcomes fully, individually and as a team Always Do What Is Right – Go beyond expectations and keep commitments Kindness – Respect others and work as one team What We Offer Competitive hourly pay starting at $17.00/hour (DOE) Hours of operation: 7:00AM to 3:30PM (Full-time, steady work) 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance On-the-job training and many opportunities for advancement Additional Information Work Location: In person (Reno, NV) Drug-free workplace.
