Job Description

  • Operate and schedule the batching process according to SOPs, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor, maintain, and clean batching machinery and area for smooth operations, collaborating with the engineering team for routine maintenance.
  • Ensure correct flour loading into tankers and storage bins for proper production.
  • Accurately record and monitor production data.
  • Comply with all safety procedures, food safety standards (HACCP, FSSC, Halal), and ISO 22000 guidelines.
  • Supervise staff and ensure tasks are performed according to SOPs for efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Certificate in in Engineering mechanical, chemical, manufacturing or related.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in food manufacturing is added advantage. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Good Teamwork and attitude.
