Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily fabrication and packing operations to meet production targets.
- Ensure that all work meets quality standards and adheres to production schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of materials used, production output, and inventory.
- Enforce shop floor discipline and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to manage dispatch schedules and customer requirements.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment.
- Monitor and support dispatch processes to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Identify and report any production or quality issues to supervisors for corrective action.
