Production Assistant
Reports To
Production Manager
Position Objective
Provide operational and administrative support to the Production Manager to ensure compliance with the production plan, daily KPI tracking, proper shift documentation (especially night shift), and follow-up on deviations in accordance with Nysonian Inc.'s established SOPs.
Role Scope
The Production Assistant does not make strategic decisions; however, they are responsible for the disciplined execution of control, recording, follow-up, and operational communication processes defined in Nysonian Inc.'s Production SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Planning And Control
Follow up on the daily and weekly production plan.
Record actual production vs. plan by line and by shift.
Update output, efficiency, and worked-hours indicators.
Immediately alert the Production Manager of any deviations.
