OVERVIEW


Performs repetitive bench or line assembly operations to mass-produce products. To work efficiently and safely, while maintaining target range on the following KPI’s: discrepancies, accidents, repairs, re-cuts, garment repairs, garment re-cuts, yield, desired ship dates, and inventory cycle counts.


RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Places parts in specified relationship to each other

  • Clips or otherwise fastens parts together

  • Works at different workstations as production needs require

  • Assemble products for stock as needed

  • Assist in Quality Control in production

  • Works online where tasks vary as different model of same article moves along line

  • Verify sales order to assembled parts and/or finished product

  • Adhere product logos and serial numbers on products properly
