Job Description

Currently seeking Production Associates to assist with the Melt Shop in one of our Heavy Manufacturing facilities in Lorain County!

We are looking for dedicated, hard working and motivated employees to join the team! 

2nd shift starts at 2pm

3rd shift starts at 9pm

Job Duties Can Include-

  • Following work instructions, Reading work orders
  • Understand quality expectations and work within standards
  • Operating heavy machinery
  • Creating molds and cores for our metal sand casting process
  • Lifting up to 50+ lbs consistently
  • Working in a heavy manufacturing environment (sand, fluctuating temps)
  • Using equipment such as hand tools, tow motors, blasters and overhead/JIB cranes
  • Working with a team as well as independently
