Role objective:
Convert drafts into polished, submission-ready deliverables.
Work types you may support:
Document formatting + packaging for reports and academic deliverables; illustration/redrawing coordination; pagination workflows (including InDesign operations where applicable); indexing for theses/books.
Responsibilities:
- Apply templates in Word/Google Docs; manage styles, TOC, headers/footers, tables/figures.
- Reference formatting and consistency checks; build final PDF packs.
- PPT cleanup for executive-level presentations.
- File naming/version control; finalize delivery folders and checklists.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Strong MS Word formatting skills; attention to detail; checklist mindset.
- Basic PPT skills; ability to follow templates precisely.
