**Production Associate - 1st Shift**
**Responsibilities**
+ Use hand tools and read a tape measure to ensure precision in preparation work.
+ Climb ladders safely to work on various parts of vehicles.
+ Participate in cross-training for buffing, painting, and detailing as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
+ Proficiency in using hand tools.
+ Valid driver's license.
+ 6 months of previous manufacturing experience.
