Job Summary
This role operates machines and production equipment safely and independently in a manufacturing environment in accordance with defined quality and productivity requirements. The position supports mass production on assembly lines, achieves daily production targets, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives. The role may also coach or instruct others while working with limited guidance and rotating shifts.
Key Responsibilities Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)
+ Stop work immediately and report any major injury hazards.
+ Report all work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, and hazards promptly.
+ Comply with all HSEMS, safety standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
