Stipend/ Salary :- 16284/- (Monthly In hand)

Location:- Jigani, Bangalore

Qualification :-

  • Diploma EEE / E&C
  • ITI Electrician / Electronics Mechanic (Only Passed Candidates)

    • Job Description:- 

  • Age should be below 25 years, above 18 years.
  • Compulsory 2 dose vaccination, certificate required)
  • Mask is mandatory to enter our premises.
  • Min 40 Female candidate compulsory
  • Ready to work in shifts
  • Willing to work in a long run

    • Contract duration for NAPS : 1 YEAR

    Nature OF Work:-

  • Work nature includes electronic assemblies such as, Component identification, Component inspection, PCBA inspection, Storage and handling, Conformal coating, Manual soldering and SMT/THT machine handling in PCBA line
  • Work nature includes mechanical process such Brazing, Plumbing and Insulations in Chiller lines
  • Works under the supervision of Mentor (Senior employee) and follow the Operation work standards provided and accountable for line efficiency

    Canteen Ded for NAPS: 150

    Transportation Free

    Trainees which ever shift they comes, they will get one breakfast & one lunch( UN Limited) also Coffee / TEA/ Badam Milk / Jeera Milk Will be available any time.

    Additional Benefits

    Night allowance : 100 Per Day, Its only for Male candidates, Every 15 days once Shift will get change

    Shift Timings

    First Shift : 06 AM To :2:00 PM

    Second Shift: 2:00 PM TO 10:00 Pm

    Night Shift : 10:00 PM TO 6: 00 AM

    General Shift: 8:00 TO 5:00 PM

    Leave

    Naps Trainees will get 1 :CL & 1 Medical leave Every month , IF he or She not availed any medical leave same will be encased IN F&F Settlement. CL will not get encashed

    Idea Amount

    IF Trainees gives any suggestion & IF suggestion got implemented, some amount will be given additionally to the Trainee

    Apron/ Safety Shoes / Mask

    Apron Safety Shoes will be provided by the company free of cost, IF Trainee leaves the organization within 3 months, will deduct 1200 RS

    Two Masks will be provided monthly free of cost & one safety Goggle will be provided free of cost Every two months once

    Canteen Deduction:150 Fixed

    Transport Deduction: Zero (free)
