Production Associate

 We are currently hiring Production Associates for a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging small automotive parts to meet quality and production standards. 

 Responsibilities: 

• Assemble small automotive parts such as clips, brackets, fasteners, and interior trim components using manual tools or semi-automated machines
   
• Perform visual and tactile inspections of finished parts to identify defects such as cracks, warping, or improper fitting
   
• Follow detailed work instructions  to ensure proper part alignment and accurate builds
   
• Follow 5S standards to maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
   
• Report equipment malfunctions or material issues to team leads or maintenance staff
