**Job Title: Production Associate**
**Job Description**
This role involves general loading and unloading duties, as well as assisting the machine operator. You will be responsible for sorting parts into crates. While the parts are small and lightweight, the crates can be heavy once full.
**Responsibilities**
+ Load and unload parts efficiently.
+ Assist machine operators in daily operations.
+ Sort and organize parts into designated crates.
+ Ensure quality control by inspecting parts as needed.
+ Operate forklifts and other machinery safely.
+ Follow assembly and packaging procedures.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, KY.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $16.25/hr.
