**Production Associate**
We’re hiring dependable, hardworking team members for physical production roles in an agricultural environment. Most openings are currently supporting our 3rd Shift Box Wash team, but candidates must be flexible to work any shift as needed. No resume or interview required — quick hiring process!
**Pay Rates**
+ 3rd Shift: $20.25/hour
**Schedule Details**
+ 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
+ Weekend and overtime hours will be required
**What You’ll Be Doing**
These are hands-on, physical roles that may include:
+ Operating forklifts and other equipment
+ Working around seed processing and production areas
+ Box washing and housekeeping duties
+ Machine operation
+ Repetitive lifting (up to 60 lbs)
+ Walking, standing, climbing stairs, and working at elevated heights
