**Description:** We’re looking for a Production Completion Associate Manager –in Palmdale, CA. This role is for 2nd shift.
This role sits at the heart of production execution, leading first-line leaders and a represented workforce across interior completion, sub-assemblies, avionics, and mechanical operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring customer expectations, engineering requirements, and regulatory standards are met—while building, guiding, and empowering high-performing teams across multiple production sites.
