Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule daily/weekly production activities.
  • Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and QC.
  • Monitor material availability and inventory levels.
  • Track Work Orders and ensure targets are met.
  • Prepare production reports and highlight delays/issues.
  • Lead and supervise the production control team.
