Reporting directly to the General Manager

Duties will include: –

• Responsible for the day to day management of client business
• Managing the complete production process from conception through to delivery and invoicing
• Producing job bags/works instruction using the MIS system
• Attending daily production meetings
• Liaising and communicating with a multitude of clients on a daily basis
• Build client relationships
• Increase activity and revenue on existing accounts

Applicants will ideally have previous experience in Customer Service / Account Management.
