Maintain a high level of product quality in line with customer expectations and requirements. Coordinate labor, workflow, and materials over shifts to achieve on-time delivery and quality. Monitor production performance against quality performance measures Daily production yields, efficiency, and productivity on shift Aligns production team with daily output requirements on a shift; provides front-line leadership Checking and verifying recipe formulation and specifications daily Preparation of the production areas for inspections/tours, etc. Coordination of overall work cell area upkeep and plant cleanliness Liaising with other production line teams and team leaders as needed Organizing production runs for sample products Liaising with QA on quality issues
