**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:
- Create development plans for cell leaders, growing their share competences level.
- Create action plans to promote an environment where the best people come to do their best work (Engagement)
- Administrates and ensures operation and production plan to achieve key indicators from the area.
- Develop and implement processes improvements using BSF toolkit that impacts safety, quality, productivity and service level.
