Production Coordinator

Highlights:

• Location: West (Tuas)
• Mon to Fri, rotating shifts (day and night)
• Company transport: MRT pickup at 6:45 am and 7:45pm
• 1-year contract (renewable)
• 1-month bonus upon completion
• Salary: $2,100 - $2,500 (depending on experience and eligibility)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Coordinator, to play a key part in ensuring smooth production flow, coordinating schedules, resolving delays, and driving customer satisfaction through timely and efficient deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer order backlog and plan, schedule the production flow to meet delivery commitments.
• Issue production orders and coordinate daily production operations based on material availability and capacity.
• Work closely with the material replenishment team to resolve component shortages, reduce delays and improve on-time delivery (OTD).
