Job Description
As a Production Coordinator you will manage and control the production of the San Luis Potosi plant.
You will report directly to the plant manager.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the daily production shifts and work lines.
- You will coordinate the production leaders in all the tasks they perform.
- Coordinate improvements around the line, egonomic improvements, densities.
- Lead the general plant layout (workstations)
- Coordinate the implementation of plant safety systems.
- You will work with EHS and internal areas to follow up on the execution of the area guidelines.
**Qualifications**
- Industrial, chemical, process or related engineer.
- 2+ years of experience in similar positions
- Knowledge in E-coat processes (desirable)
- Office: intermediate
- English: B1 - B2
