Production Coordinator

Location: REV Media Group (REV Sponsored) Employment Type: (Full-time/Contract)

We’re looking for a Production Coordinator to join the REV Sponsored team at REV Media Group, supporting the smooth execution of sponsored and social content productions across our brands.

This role focuses on coordination, documentation, and administrative workflows, working closely with Creative Producers, Finance, and Procurement teams to ensure productions run efficiently behind the scenes.

Video production experience is not required, but will be considered a bonus. If you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong with spreadsheets and documentation, we’d love to hear from you!

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets .
• Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
