Production cum Maintainance Engineer, Male

We are seeking a Production cum Maintenance Engineer to oversee and maintain production machinery, ensure smooth operations, and assist with process improvements. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, basic computer skills, and readiness to work extended hours when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise production processes and ensure machinery operates efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and production logs.
• Coordinate with the production team to optimize workflow.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Assist with installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (minimum).
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in production and maintenance.
• Basic computer operating knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Ability to work late nights and flexible hours as required.
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
