Reporting to the Senior Creative Producer, the Graphic Designer Responsible for executing multi-channel design concepts for regional clients. Key Responsibilities Develop creative solutions to meet the client’s needs, in line with their overall marketing strategy, working with the account teams and Creative Production Services teams. Responsible for complete development of specific projects, from concept, through design, to creating media-ready artwork. Ensure that the client’s visual identity guidelines are upheld. Work alongside the Senior Creative Producer, to monitor their own executions for quality, content and effectiveness to ensure the design creative is innovative and fresh in line with the regional client’s visual identity guidelines. Aware on an on-going basis of design trends, undertaking appropriate research when required, thus ensuring HH client’s creative is innovative and appropriate for their regional audience. Conceptualize and create digital assets, and adapt existing artwork for multi-resolution platforms using industry standard software packages, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma. Communicate and present design concepts through sketches and storyboards to gain initial approval. Translate designs into ongoing and updated layout specifications and templates for partners to deliver raw assets; provide additional feedback and art direction for assets that don't meet guidelines. Deliver highest-quality assets for designs that range across multiple devices and regions, as requested by stakeholders within expected timelines (2 - 7 business days) and without error. Ensure all assets are on brand and strategically aligned with team vision, paying close attention to detail with zero tolerance for inconsistency in design. Provide cut and organize assets, and communicate them in a way that they can be visually referenced and integrated by UX, engineering, and other cross-functional teams. Extract and develop good art from bad art, select suitable stock photography and adapt existing art to enhance products and brands. Maintain client asset drive. Support creative and design leads in developing brand guidelines and materials for new programs, marketing moments, and products on the store. Participate in cross-functional discussions and provide leadership in assessing and updating specification documentation as platforms and UX evolves. Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders via strong communication, presentation, documentation, interpersonal and analytical skills. Demonstrate commitment to and interest in production design while preserving respect for the creative process; welcomes feedback and iterative design environment. Assist in training new designers supporting new platforms and provide back up design support, as needed. Knowledge, Skills Experience 4 years of relevant work experience in graphic design BA/BS in Graphic Design or related field (In lieu of degree, 6 years relevant work experience) Proven experience designing assets for retail, consumer brands, or marketing campaigns Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro), Sketch, Figma Experience preparing both physical product production files for manufacturing and digital assets for multiple platforms. Experience in After Effects and/or motion graphics Experience using GSuite and Google Slides. Strong attention to detail, keen eye for 'on-brand' implementations, composition and design fundamentals. Well organized, uses time effectively, concentrates efforts on more important priorities, plans activities and projects well in advance and monitors progress against clearly communicated objectives; uses resources effectively and where necessary; is flexible in realigning plans to changing circumstances; energized by tough challenges.
