This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support production process definition to ensure optimization of cost, quality, and on-time delivery of product. Each day, you will participate in the sequence definition, cycle time calculation, and analysis of the working phases of new production processes/products. You will also showcase your expertise by sharing cycle time data with internal teams.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Distribution Solution division at Vadodara, India.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Preparing technical documentation regarding the process phases, related methods, and cycle times.
  • Supporting production during start-ups by training indirect and direct staff.
  • Ensuring that updated process and technical documentation are provided to Supply Chain Management teams to support supplier evaluations and proper supplier agreements.
  • Participating in the definition of action plans, training of relevant Maintenance and Production teams, and other support activities during the internal/external process and equipment start-up.

Qualifications for the role
  • You are immersed in production function in switchgear business
  • You have 1 to 3 years of experience in Finished Products Quality Inspection, Rejection Handling, Data Entry and Data Management with Digitalization of Process / Task with Daily Production and Software Maintenance Activities, AMC and License upgradation
  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of Relays / Switchgear product
  • Diploma in Electrical engineering (should be full-time)
  • You are at ease communicating in English
