Job Title: Production Engineer

Reports to: Production Manager

Responsibilities and Duties

• Plan activities in accordance with the priority of work set by the Line Manager.
• Make sure that all materials needed for production are available.
• Organize and maintain proper document control system for easy monitoring and tracking.
• Monitor the quality of the production at the workshop.
• Adopt a hands‑on approach to all workshop activity, providing technical advice and training.
• Monitor and supervise workers at the workshop.
• Make sure that all areas in the workshop are kept tidy and neat.
• Coordinate with the concerned in terms of Logistics, loading and off‑loading.
• Report all activities to the Direct Line Manager.
• Ensure a safe working environment.
