About this Position
In this role, you will be responsible for executing and improving production processes to meet quality, efficiency, and safety standards. You’ll lead process optimization efforts using continuous improvement tools, address root causes of production issues, and ensure ISO 9001 compliance. Additionally, you’ll manage autonomous maintenance programs, monitor production performance, and support operator training and development to enhance overall output and product quality.What you´ll do
