PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Overview

Coordinate a group of Production Team Leaders (6–9), overseeing two to three related processes, and managing the activities required to meet shift targets; ensuring the 4M’s (Man, Machine, Material, Method) in accordance with guidelines, and monitoring results through performance indicators.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control production results, ensuring compliance with the manufacturing plan and established work schemes.
• Define and implement corrective actions in case of deviations from production plans, based on audits, failure analysis, and internal defect data.
• Facilitate the implementation of continuous improvement strategies in coordination with the Factory Leader.
• Ensure compliance with Human Resources guidelines for personnel management, including training, certifications, and adherence to the Code of Ethics.
