Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs to ensure accurate machining, improved cycle time, and consistent quality.
• Operate and provide technical support for VMC and HMC machines, including setup, tooling selection, and troubleshooting.
• Oversee assembly operations, ensuring adherence to process standards, drawings, and quality requirements.
• Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Operational Performance Percentage (OPP) for assembly and machining lines.
• Perform rejection and root cause analysis (RCA) using quality tools; implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce scrap and rework.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams to resolve production issues and minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production targets on the shop floor.
