Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct, train, and develop employees 

  • Assist supervisor and or Manager – Act as supervisor when supervisor is not present 

  • Communicate assignments effectively-written and verbal 

  • Set-up productions runs 

  • Make decisions in line with positions responsibilities as well as aligning with Production demand

  • Ensure clear communication and effective hand-over from one shift to the next

  • Additional Responsibilities

  • Conduct Root Cause analysis tied to accidents/incidents 

  • Communicate effectively with shift supervisor regarding all disciplinary action 

  • Effectively delegate work assignments 

  • Conduct employee meetings

  • Follow Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality and Lean standards
