Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Direct, train, and develop employees
Assist supervisor and or Manager – Act as supervisor when supervisor is not present
Communicate assignments effectively-written and verbal
Set-up productions runs
Make decisions in line with positions responsibilities as well as aligning with Production demand
Ensure clear communication and effective hand-over from one shift to the next
Additional Responsibilities
Conduct Root Cause analysis tied to accidents/incidents
Communicate effectively with shift supervisor regarding all disciplinary action
Effectively delegate work assignments
Conduct employee meetings
Follow Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality and Lean standards
