Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Dudley

Shift: Early Shift - 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: £36,500 per annum (inclusive of AM shift allowance)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join our heavy industrial manufacturing operation. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for supervising production activities on the early shift, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency targets are consistently met.

This is a hands‑on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced industrial environment and has a strong focus on people management and continuous improvement.
