• Handle vendor management activities, including vendor follow-up, coordination, and delivery tracking.
• Manage part manufacturing activities such as machining, fabrication, and finishing processes.
• Support and supervise assembly operations, ensuring proper fitment and smooth production flow.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
• Perform reverse engineering for existing parts and coordinate with the design team for modifications.
• Prepare part costing and estimation, including material, machining, and labor cost.
